		ALERT! The AgJobs Amnesty is Back! Senator Dianne Feinstein has again introduced her amnesty proposal for illegal aliens who work in agriculture. Congressional Representatives Howard Berman (CA) and Adam Putnam (FL) have tendered companion legislation in the House. The Agricultural Job Opportunities and Benefits and Security Act, S 1038/HR 2414, would create a five-year program to legalize the immigration status of illegal alien workers who have been in the United States over the past two years. Illegal alien workers would be eligible for a "blue card" if they have worked in agriculture for only 863 hours over the previous two years!
